We have a ton of new videos of Nathan online. They start back in late September and go through tonight. Yeah… we’ve been pretty bad at putting them up online. Rather than put them all in a post here and make this page painfully slow to open, we’ve created two new “Video” pages. One is for videos from Birth through six months and the other for six months to current. You can find the links on the left.

Nathan in his bouncy seat earlier this month. He loves kicking stuff right now and gets excited about the toys on this, which are activated when he hits them.
Nathan in his Bumbo seat. I think this is from August 26.
He always looks very serious when he’s sitting in the Bumbo.
Nathan and Danielle on August 26.
Nathan spent a good part of this weekend yelling. He wasn’t upset or tired when he did it, I think he just liked the sound of his voice. We were trying to get it on tape, but of course he stopped doing it as soon as we started filming.

Here is a short clip of Nathan’s first time in the sand. This is from the weekend we spent in Ocean City in late July.

We’ve decided that Nathan is definitely a morning bird. He is always really happy and smiley shortly after he gets up. I’m mentioning this because when he first started ‘talking’ to us, it was often when he was on his changing table in the morning. It’s a lot of fun to wake up to a happy, smiley and chatty baby, especially when he started goo-ing. He says “ah-goo” a lot. I haven’t managed to catch him doing it on video yet, but here is some happy baby footage from July 18.
Nathan always has the most fun with Dad.
Here’s a video of Nathan having some fun with Grandma. He got to spend a few days with her in early July when I had to go back to work but he hadn’t started daycare yet. Grandma was thrilled of course, and we were really happy to have Nathan spend some quality time with her since she lives 300 miles away!
